Dr. Zahi Hawass will be visiting Sofia, the capital city of Bulgaria, from 7 to 10 February 2016 on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of Bulgaria.
In the course of his trip, he will hold two lectures. The first will be at the Department of Egyptology of the New Bulgarian University on 8 February (12:00 – 14:00). The second, organised by the Egyptian Embassy to Bulgaria, the Egyptian Tourist Authority, and the Bulgarian Ministry of Culture, will be at the Military Club of the Bulgarian Science Academy on 9 February (18:30 – 20:30). On this day, he will also present his latest book Magic of Egypt.
