This week marks the arrival of the first large group of US tourists with the US Consul to Egypt. The tour comes after the efficient efforts by the Egyptian government in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. With the steady decrease in the number of cases and hospitalizations, Egypt is ready to receive tourists while taking all necessary precautions.
The tour also featured a special lecture by Dr. Zahi at the paws of the Sphinx as he explained the history of the Giza plateau.
