Zahi Hawass lectures at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art on August 30th

Noted Egyptologist and lecturer Dr. Zahi Hawass will be coming to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) on Sunday, August 30th at 1:00pm to discuss mysteries of the great pyramids and the Sphinx, including the tombs of the pyramid builders. Also covered will be the secret doors inside the great pyramid of Khufu, the discovery of King Tut (along with the latest findings on his death), the discovery of Queen Hatshepsut’s mummy, plus updates on the search for Queen Nefertiti. Dr. Hawass will also reveal the latest findings on his excavation and search for the tombs of Cleopatra and Marc Antony.

Following the lecture, Dr. Hawass will sign copies of his recent books.
