Zahi Hawass received yesterday, Tuesday July 11th, 2017, the Honorary Doctorate from San Ignacio University, Peru. The event was attended by 500 esteemed guests including, politicians, businessmen, and renowned public figures in the fields of education and culture. Dr. Hawass was welcomed by the President of Peru, Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, whom Dr. Hawass presented with his signature hat and a signed copy of his book about Tutankhamun as a gift.
